- Each spindle is equipped with an independent motor, while the overall speed is controlled by the main inverter, allowing precise speed adjustment and convenient operation.
- An automatic yarn break detector monitors each yarn end to prevent missing strands and ensure consistent product quality.
- The Human-Machine Interface (HMI) features a touchscreen for easy input of spindle speed, winding length, and operating parameters.
- The yarn tension device allows quick and simple tension adjustment by changing the tension discs (tension slices).
- Two independent main inverters control the left and right sides of the machine, enabling the production of different yarn types simultaneously on the same machine.
